A Decade of Expertise—from EZD PUW to EZD RP
The Podlaskie Voivodeship Office in Białystok pioneered Poland's first electronic document management system in 2011, initiating a broader shift toward e-government across the country.
A new chapter in digital governance
Following a decision by the Minister for Digital Affairs, the distribution of EZD PUW was discontinued as of April 30, 2024. It is being replaced by EZD RP – a new system developed, maintained, and operated by NASK. Commissioned by the Minister for Digital Affairs, EZD RP is owned by the State Treasury.
Continued support for existing users
Public institutions currently using EZD PUW or in the process of implementing it will continue to receive technical support and updates until March 31, 2031.Contact
