Research interests: decision support systems, machine learning, deep learning in the field of multimodal data classification, digital signal analysis.
Konrad Ciecierski deals with decision support systems in clinical medicine, especially systems used in neurosurgery, as well as machine learning, deep learning, and digital signal analysis. He developed the decision support system currently used at the Department of Nervous System Tumours at the PIB National Research Institute of Oncology for neurosurgical treatment of Parkinson’s disease and other extrapyramidal system disorders. He is a member of the operational team at the Clinic of Nervous System Tumours at NIO PIB performing DBS operations in the treatment of Parkinson’s and other diseases.
