Doctor habilitated in political and administration sciences (2023), doctor of humanities in the field of political science (2025), assistant professor, long-term employee of government and local administration. Director of the Labour Market Department at the Ministry of Family, Labour, and Social Policy; participant and board member of the EU Network of the Heads of Public Employment Services. Member of the Supervisory Board of the Social Insurance Institution. Member of the Scientific Council of the Central Institute for Labour Protection. She is a member and expert of the Polish Society for Social Policy, the Scientific Council of the journal “Edukacja ustawiczna dorosłych” (Continuous Education of Adults), the Editorial Board of “Praca Socjalna” (Social Work), and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journal “Rynek Pracy” (Labor Market). Certified legislator. Author of several monographs and over 80 articles in scientific journals and chapters in books on social policy, particularly on the labour market. In 2020-2021, she supervised tasks in the Ministry of Economic Development, Labour and Technology in the field of the IT system ensuring a coherent system for servicing the labour market; in 2022, together with her team, she prepared the Bill on IT System for Servicing Certain Contracts, which was passed on 16 November 2022 (Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] of 2022, item 2754); in 2023, she introduced the necessity to assess digital competences of young people in district labour offices and prepared with her team the corresponding assessment tools. Recently, her research interests have focused on the use of new technologies in the labour market.
