Mgr Bartosz Dominiak
Ministry of Digital Affairs
A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (international economic and political relations). He completed postgraduate studies in forecasting, strategic planning and foresight (Collegium Civitas) and in environmental protection law and sustainable development (Lazarski University). He also completed Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) studies.
He has worked in central and local public institutions for many years. From 2006 to 2010, he was a councillor of the Capital City of Warsaw. From 2018 to 2023, he was the deputy mayor of the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, recommended by the local association Open Ursynów. His responsibilities included green area maintenance, local resources, cooperation with local entrepreneurs, and cooperation with the Security and Crisis Management Office.
In 2015, he launched the Smart City Blog project. He is a consultant and expert in sustainable urban development. He taught students subjects covering smart city development and crisis management. Speaker, moderator, and participant in discussion panels during industry conferences in the area of contemporary urban development.
